• Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or storage
• Fading, shrinking, or cosmetic issues that do not affect usability

How to Claim:

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@ziili.shop with the following details:

• Your order number
• Photos or a short video showing the defect
• A brief description of the issue

ZIILI will review your claim and provide a resolution within a reasonable time.

If Approved, You Will Receive:

• A replacement hoodie, or
• Store credit of equal value

Important Notes:

• Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ZIILI.shop.
• Warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused, or intentionally damaged.
• ZIILI reserves the right to make the final decision regarding warranty claims.
