1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your products.

- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $70 USD: 7–12 business days
Shipping carriers may include CJPacket, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or UNIUNI depending on your location.
3. Do I need to pay U.S. tax?
Yes, all applicable U.S. taxes will be added at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
