1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Free Shipping: 7–12 business days (for eligible orders)

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and CJPacket, depending on product availability and your location.

3. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders $70 USD or more.
Orders below this amount will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories

Certain oversized or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer must cover reshipment costs.
  • Refunds for returned packages (if applicable) will exclude shipping fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or using the Track My Order page on Ziili.shop.
